Not only are your signs exceptional, and your prices quite reasonable, there is something else to recommend your work. That is your integrity. Too often in today's world people fail to stand behind their products. That doesn't apply to you, however. Last week I brought you a sign you had made for me more than 10 years ago, damaged through no inferiority of product or workmanship. Still, because of its obvious sentimental value to me, you insisted on repairing and then refinishing it to the point where it (necessarily) looked a bit different, but also like it was brand new. Then, you refused to charge me for the work --which you accomplished in less than 45 minutes all the while attending to numerous other customer's needs. I am proud to do business with you, and to suggest this is not only a testament to your integrity, but typical of the way you normally conduct business.

The sign just arrived...it is the most beautiful piece of artwork I have ever seen! My husband is out of town, so I’m emailing him a picture of it!

We are annual season pass holders, and we just spent the day at Knotts on Monday, 1/21. We would like to extend a special thank you to your employee Rich who works in the wood carved/engraved sign station, just outside the Calico Train Station. Rich when out of his way to show our daughter and son how he uses a router to engrave the personalized signs. Rich made this an even more wonderful visit than usual for our children.

We just wanted to let you know that we received the sign and how pleased we are. You did a spectacular job, it’s beautiful! And what a great piece of wood you chose too! We will happily let our family & friends know where to go to get something like this designed for their homes as well.

Just a note to say a big thank-you for being part of the children's
wonderful holiday, I'm sure the carving of there name's will hold a
special place for them and I personally want to thank you for coming to
the hotel to see them and spend time with then, they all thought that
was real cool.
